I stumbled into tech by way of passion and curiosity.

I hold a BS in Management Engineering and Mechanical Engineering as well as a MS in Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. I was told I wasn’t smart enough to be an engineer but like any good challenge in life, I proved the nay-sayers wrong by completing both degrees, with honors, simultaneously, in four years.

I joined Microsoft after college as a Product Manager. I dove right into the deep end of the pool and began working on building developer tools in Developer Division. Although I don’t have a degree in computer science, I believe that I can learn anything that I set my mind to and that my other education and experiences bring a diverse set of skills that allow me to add unique value to the teams that I am on.

At Microsoft I also spent time as a Product Marketing Manager in Azure Marketing where I built a global and cross-company content program focused on professional developers from the ground up. I never settle for what’s easiest or simply because ‘it’s the way it’s always been done’.

Additionally, I worked as a Technical Program Manager within the Developer Relations group helping define the roadmap, products, and programs for Student Developers around the globe. I thrive in ambiguity through ideation, communication, and empathy.

After Microsoft I joined Twitter as a Product Manager focused on improving developer experience and velocity within the Core Platform team. However, my Twitter adventure ended quickly in the fall of 2022 after the buy out. I took this opportunity to seek my dream job at Google.

Since December of 2022 I have been a Product Manager at Google building 0 -> 1 products and developer experiences. Working in highly ambiguous spaces with dedicated cross-functional teams never ceases to excite me, I love a good challenge!

I have been creating content by myself and for the companies that I work for for a number of years. I love being active on social media and within tech communities. Additionally, I am an advocate for DEI (diversity, equality, and inclusion). I have started a number of formal programs through my work over the years, given dozens of talks, and mentored numerous students and early-in-career folks. The quote: “Be the person you needed when you were younger” drives me. This work landed me on Women Impact Tech’s 2023 list of “The Top 50 Women of Impact”, Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s “10 Under 10” list (10 most outstanding graduates of the last decade), and I was named Women of IT’s “Next Generation Leader of the Year” for the United States in 2023.

The best part? I’m just getting started.
